San Choy Bow and Vietnamese Spring Rolls

San Choy Bow and Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Celebrate the Lunar New year by learning how to make these delicious Chinese and Vietnamese Dishes.

The San Choy Bow are Chinese lettuce wraps filled with delicious seasoned stir fry… they are quick, nutritious and of course delicious. They make for delicious appetisers, a plate at a Chinese banquet or simply on their own as a quick mid-week meal.

The Vietnamese spring rolls are great fun, delicious and rewarding to make. We will make them as the spring rolls, but you do have the option to fry them. I will be showing you how to work with the rice paper, which can be purchased either online, in most asian supermarkets, and sometimes in your local supermarket.

As with all our cooking workshops we will be cooking together, going at each others pace.

There is a choice of either Pork San Choy Bow or a Mushroom version. However the fillings are very flexible for the recipe.

I suggest using prawns for the spring rolls, but the vegetable versions are equally delicious.

*Let me know if you have any dietary requirements and we can discuss the ingredients.

This class is fun for all the family. I look forward to you joining us!
