Strawberry Caprese
Super easy, super tasty!
A joyous amount of strawberries growing on the garden. I have little will power when it comes to cakes and sweet things... so i love to add my strawberries to more savoury dishes... this salad is Devine. ...
Strawberries, motzarella, basil, s+p, drizzle of olive oil and some vinegar. I would normally use a balsamic vinegar but had some heddgerow vinegar and it’s also a perfect match for this salad!
Be generous with the freshly cracked black pepper!
