TORTELLINI - Spinach and/or pumpkin filling
Come join me and discover the art and fun of fresh egg based pasta - in this fun class we will make the fresh pasta from scratch and learn to make ravioli and tortellini.
This class will give you the confidence and know how of how to make pasta, showing you how to use a pasta machine, and make neat parcels that stay together when boiling.
We will serve it with a simple brown sage butter sauce. Delicious with this pasta.
It will give you the creativity to get going in your own kitchen.
The Details:
Where: Adlington Village Hall (The kitchen is great, with a lovely adjoining dining room)
Why: Have fun, learn a new skill and eat well!
What: Just bring yourself, an apron. Everything else is provided.
Age Restrictions: 10+ Accompanied by an adult
