You will learn how to make San Choy Bow. these are Chinese lettuce wraps filled with delicious seasoned stir fry… they are quick, nutritious and of course delicious. You will find them to be delicious appetisers, a plate at a Chinese banquet or simply on their own as a quick mid week meal.

You will also learn how to use rice paper when you make Vietnamese spring rolls. You will find these great fun, delicious and rewarding to make. We will make them as the spring rolls, but you do have the option to fry them so they are crispy..

You have a choice of either Pork San Choy Bow or a Mushrooms. However the fillings are very flexible for the recipe, just let me know if you have a preference.

You will be using prawns for the spring rolls, but if you will also have the option to go vegetarian, the vegetable spring rolls are equally delicious.

Bring your loved ones, friends or colleagues along for this fun seasonal class. it is suitable for beginners and I will guide you through each step.
