“Upon arrival we were greeted by the joyful Jinny handing out mulled cider & melt-in-the-mouth mince pies (both homemade, of course!) while we chatted. Although I don’t eat a gluten-free diet, I was really impressed that she’d made gluten-free mince pies & created a separate area for them to cook in to avoid cross-contamination. The cooking part was fantastic: Jinny’s guidance was easy to follow, she had prepared the cooking spaces in advance so we had everything we needed and the banter (& mulled cider!) was in full flow! The edible festive gifts we made were absolutely delicious! ”
