Champagne Jellies and Chocolate Florentines

The champagne jellies will melt in your mouth and the florentines are Devine.

This class is suitable for beginners and I will guide you through each step.

A fun and frivilous course...

As an ex luxury yacht chef I have tried and tested the champagne jelly recipe lots... they are great fun and delicious. As for the florentines, possibly my favourite confectionery... they are delicious, and make super gifts too!

A relaxed and fun class, aimed at adults, but children are very much welcome to join in with the fun! Bring as many people in to the kitchen as you can fit! - or would like ;-) 

- Non-alcoholic options available. 

- Vegetarian gelatine option available. 

- The chocolate florentines require nuts.
