A bit more advanced sushi class

You might have made some basic sushi before, and are feeling comfortable about upping the challenge a little more.

You will learn:

Japanese Omelette, (Tamagoyaki)

Tempura Stretched Shrimp for Sushi

We will make the Uramaki sushi rolls, which are inside out rolls - the nori paper on the inside and the rice on the outside.

This will include the caterpillar roll which then has the avocado on the outside.
